New knee device aims to ease arthritis pain without major surgery

Summary
This study is testing whether a new implant called the MISHA Knee System works better than standard non-surgical treatments for reducing pain and improving movement in people with knee arthritis. About 100 participants with ongoing knee pain who haven't gotten relief from other treatments will be randomly assigned to receive either the implant or continue with non-surgical care. Researchers will compare how much pain and function improve in both groups after six months.
