Summary

This study compares a 6-week strength training program that includes power exercises (STRIPE) to standard care for people with patellofemoral pain (pain around the kneecap). 88 adults aged 18-40 with knee pain lasting over 3 months will participate. The goal is to see if the new program reduces pain, improves knee function, and lowers the chance of pain coming back.
