Summary

This study tests if adding herbal acupuncture to standard treatment helps people with acute knee pain from a car accident. About 40 hospitalized adults with moderate to severe pain will be split into two groups: one gets standard care plus acupuncture, the other gets standard care alone. The main goal is to see if the acupuncture group reports less pain after treatment.
