Summary

This study aims to see if a body awareness exercise program works better than standard physical therapy for people with chronic kneecap pain. Researchers will enroll 60 adults with patellofemoral pain syndrome and randomly assign them to one of the two exercise groups. The main goal is to compare changes in pain, movement quality, and psychological well-being after the treatment period.
