Summary
This small pilot study tested a rehab program that combines hold-relax stretching with progressive exercises in 6 teen athletes with Osgood-Schlatter disease. The goal was to see if it could reduce knee pain and improve movement. Early results suggest the approach may help, but larger studies are needed to confirm.
