Summary
This study tested two different rehabilitation programs for people with knee osteoarthritis. 71 participants with moderate to severe knee pain were randomly assigned to either an educational program alone or a combination of education and medical treatments. The goal was to see which approach better reduced pain and improved knee function over three months.
