New exercise method may ease severe knee pain without surgery

Summary
This study looks at how different types of exercise with blood flow restriction affect pain and muscle function in people with severe knee osteoarthritis who are waiting for knee replacement surgery. 45 participants will try six different exercise setups, varying the pressure and weight, to see which works best for reducing pain. The goal is to find a better way to manage symptoms before surgery.
