Summary
This study is testing whether a treatment made from a patient's own cells can safely reduce pain and inflammation caused by knee osteoarthritis. Researchers will first try it in 50 people, then expand to about 4,000. They will use knee surveys, pain scales, and MRI scans to see if the therapy helps regrow cartilage and improve quality of life.
