New injection aims to repair Worn-Out knee cartilage
NCT ID NCT07157891
Summary
This early-stage study is testing a new type of injection for knee osteoarthritis. Researchers want to see if a cell-free mixture of healing proteins and growth factors can reduce pain, improve knee function, and potentially help repair damaged cartilage. The study will involve 25 adults with mild to moderate knee arthritis to first check if the treatment is safe and shows early signs of working.
