NCT ID NCT07541274
First seen Apr 30, 2026 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026
Summary
This observational study looks at how the quality of thigh muscles relates to pain, physical function, and quality of life in women with knee osteoarthritis. Researchers will use a non-invasive ultrasound to measure muscle thickness and texture during a simple leg exercise. Participants also fill out standard questionnaires about their symptoms and daily activities. The goal is to better understand how muscle health impacts the experience of knee arthritis.
