Scientists test better way to numb knees for surgery

NCT ID NCT07444827

Summary

This study compares two different approaches for numbing the knee area using nerve blocks. Healthy adult volunteers will receive both methods (one on each leg) to see which one more effectively numbs the front and inner knee. Researchers will measure muscle strength and skin numbness to determine which approach works better for potential future knee surgeries.
