First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 27 times
Summary
This study looks at whether watching the steps to prepare a platelet-rich plasma (PRP) injection for knee osteoarthritis can make the treatment feel more effective. About 158 adults aged 50-80 with knee osteoarthritis will receive the injection, and some will observe the preparation process. The goal is to see if this awareness reduces pain and improves knee function.
