Summary
This study compared two types of knee implants (Vanguard Cruciate Retaining and AGC Total Condylar) in 150 people with knee arthritis. The goal was to see how well each implant relieved pain and improved function after total knee replacement. Participants were followed for several years to measure knee scores, implant survival, and quality of life.
