New shot could cut bleeding episodes in hemophilia patients

Summary
This study tests a new medicine called KN057 to see if it can prevent bleeding episodes in people with hemophilia A or B who do not have inhibitors. About 125 participants will receive either KN057 or standard care for up to 52 weeks. The goal is to measure how well KN057 reduces the number of bleeds compared to current treatments.
