First seen Apr 01, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 7 times
Summary
This study tests a drug called KN035 in people with advanced solid tumors that have a specific genetic feature (dMMR or MSI-H). These tumors often don't respond well to standard treatments. The goal is to see if KN035 can shrink tumors and control the disease. About 200 participants with colorectal or other cancers will receive the drug alone.
