Summary
This study tests whether the drug KL1333 is safe and effective over the long term for people with primary mitochondrial disease, a condition that affects energy production in cells. About 140 adults who completed a previous study will take KL1333 and be monitored for side effects, fatigue, and physical abilities. The goal is to see if the drug can help manage symptoms and improve quality of life.
