Summary
This study tests whether adding the experimental drug KL-A167 to standard chemotherapy (cisplatin and gemcitabine) helps people with recurrent or metastatic nasopharyngeal carcinoma live longer without their cancer growing. About 295 adults aged 18–75 with confirmed advanced nasopharyngeal cancer will be randomly assigned to receive either the drug combo or a placebo plus chemo. The main goal is to see if the new combination delays disease progression.
