New cancer drug KK2260 enters first human trials

Summary

This study is the first time the experimental drug KK2260 is being tested in people. It aims to find a safe dose and check for side effects in about 189 adults with advanced or metastatic solid tumors (cancers that have spread). The trial includes people with esophageal or head and neck cancers. Participants must have tried standard treatments without success or be unable to take them.
