New cell therapy KITE-197 takes on tough lymphoma

Summary

This early-stage study tests a new treatment called KITE-197 for people with a type of blood cancer (large B-cell lymphoma) that has come back or not responded to other treatments. The study has two parts: first, to find a safe dose, and second, to see how well that dose works at making the cancer disappear. About 39 participants will receive the therapy and be closely monitored for side effects and response.
