Summary

This study is screening up to 450 people who may have clonal mast cell disease, a condition where immune cells become overactive. The goal is to find how many carry a specific genetic change called KIT D816V using sensitive blood tests. Participants provide blood samples, and the results will help improve diagnosis and future treatment strategies.
