First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 27 times

Summary

This study tested a hormone called kisspeptin in 18 adults with hypogonadotropic hypogonadism (HH), a condition where the body doesn't produce enough sex hormones. The goal was to see if giving kisspeptin in pulses could help restore normal hormone levels. Researchers measured changes in luteinizing hormone (LH) to understand how well the treatment works.
