Summary

This study looked at how a hormone called kisspeptin changes the body's response to sugar. Sixteen healthy adults received kisspeptin or a placebo and then drank a sugary solution. Researchers measured insulin and blood sugar levels to understand kisspeptin's effect on metabolism. The study was completed and no treatment was tested.
