First seen Nov 14, 2025 · Last updated May 18, 2026 · Updated 21 times

Summary

This study tested whether a type of exercise called kinetic control training can help people with long-term sacroiliac joint pain. 46 adults with chronic pain were split into two groups: one received standard physical therapy, and the other added kinetic control exercises. Researchers measured pain, balance, walking, and endurance over 8 weeks to see if the new exercises offered extra benefits.
