First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 30 times
Summary
This study tested whether adding a kinetic chain approach (exercises that involve the whole body) to standard treatment helps people with rotator cuff tendinopathy. 44 adults aged 40 to 65 with shoulder pain took part. The results showed that the combined approach may improve pain, disability, and fear of movement better than standard care alone.
