First seen Mar 20, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 12 times
Summary
This study tested if a set of exercises that involve the whole arm and body (called kinetic chain exercises) can reduce pain and improve movement in people with shoulder impingement syndrome. 36 adults aged 30-50 with shoulder pain took part. One group did the kinetic chain exercises, while the other group received standard physical therapy. The goal was to see which approach works better for easing symptoms and restoring function.
