Summary
This study looks at whether adding kinesiotherapy (special movement exercises) to standard physical therapy can improve arm function and daily activities in children with hemiplegic cerebral palsy. About 28 children aged 8-13 will take part. One group will get both therapies, the other only standard therapy, for 8 weeks. Researchers will measure arm skills and ability to do everyday tasks.
