NCT ID NCT07555847
First seen Apr 29, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 5 times
Summary
This study tested whether adding kinesiotape (a stretchy, therapeutic tape) to a home exercise program could reduce hand tremors in people with Parkinson's disease. 45 adults were split into three groups: tape plus exercise, fake tape plus exercise, or exercise alone. Researchers measured tremor with an Apple Watch and checked hand strength, dexterity, and quality of life to see if the tape made a real difference.
