Tape over tubes: simple sticky strip may ease heart surgery pain

Summary
This study tested if applying KinesioTape around chest drain sites can lower pain after heart surgery. 100 adults who had planned heart surgery were randomly assigned to get the tape or standard care. The main goal was to measure pain on the third day after surgery using a 0-10 scale. The approach is a drug-free way to help patients recover more comfortably.
