This study looked at how fear of movement, called kinesiophobia, affects pain, disability, and quality of life in people with long-term neck pain. Researchers studied 57 adults aged 18 to 59 who had neck pain for at least 3 months. They used surveys to measure pain, fear of movement, disability, and quality of life. The goal was to understand how kinesiophobia impacts chronic neck pain and help develop better treatments.
