Summary
This study looked at 81 adults with cervicogenic headache (headache from neck problems) to see if kinesio taping or myofascial release therapy works better. Participants received one of these treatments plus home exercises, or just home exercises, for four weeks. The goal was to measure changes in headache severity and daily life impact over two months.
