Summary
This study compares kinesio taping and interval exercise to see which better reduces symptoms and improves quality of life in people with mild chronic venous insufficiency. About 33 adults aged 18-65 will be split into three groups: taping plus lifestyle advice, taping plus exercise plus lifestyle advice, or lifestyle advice alone. The goal is to find simple, non-drug ways to help people feel better.
