Tape test: can a strip of tape boost your calf power?
NCT ID NCT07464795
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study looks at whether kinesio taping (a special elastic tape) can improve calf muscle endurance and oxygen use in healthy young adults. 34 participants will do a heel-rise test with and without the tape to see if it makes a difference. The goal is to understand if the tape has any real, immediate effect on muscle performance.
