Summary
This early-stage trial tests a new treatment for people with a rare, aggressive brain tumor called H3.3K27M-mutated diffuse midline glioma. The treatment uses the patient's own immune cells, which are modified in a lab to better recognize and attack the tumor. The main goals are to check safety and find the best dose, with only 12 participants enrolled.
