New blood tests aim to spot early kidney transplant trouble

NCT ID NCT07231328

Summary

This study is testing two blood tests (TruGraf and TRAC) to see if they can help doctors better monitor kidney transplant patients. The tests look for early signs of organ rejection or other problems, which could help doctors adjust anti-rejection medications sooner. The study will follow 600 kidney transplant recipients for two years to see if using these tests leads to better long-term outcomes.
