Summary
This study follows 30 adults who recently received a kidney transplant to track changes in their health over one year. Researchers will measure heart disease and stroke risk factors, such as blood pressure and cholesterol, along with physical fitness and other medical conditions. There is no treatment or intervention involved, so participation carries no extra risks or benefits beyond standard care.
