Summary

This study is testing if a medicine called vonoprazan fumarate, taken for one week around the time of surgery, can help a newly transplanted kidney start working right away. It is for adults getting their first kidney transplant from a deceased donor. The goal is to reduce the need for dialysis after surgery and help patients recover faster.
