Summary
This study looks at African American kidney transplant patients to compare two versions of a drug called tacrolimus—one taken once a day and the other twice a day. The goal is to see which one better keeps blood vessels healthy and flexible, which is important for long-term heart health. About 60 participants will be followed for up to two years after their transplant.
