First seen Jan 28, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 18 times

Summary

This early-stage study looks at how the body processes a single dose of pevifoscorvir sodium (ALG-000184) in people with chronic hepatitis B who have different levels of kidney function. About 30 adults with severe, mild, moderate, or no kidney impairment will take part. The goal is to measure drug levels in the blood and urine, and to check for any side effects.
