First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 27 times
Summary
This study looked at how the drug LY3537982 behaves in people with different levels of kidney function. Researchers gave a single dose to 32 participants with normal kidneys, moderate kidney problems, or severe kidney problems (not on dialysis). The goal was to see how kidney impairment changes drug levels in the blood, so doctors can choose the safest and most effective dose for these patients. The study lasted about 43 days per person.
