Summary
This study looked at how different levels of kidney function affect the way the experimental brain drug iclepertin is processed in the body. 36 adults with and without kidney problems took a single dose of the drug. Researchers measured drug levels in the blood to see if kidney impairment changes how the drug is absorbed and cleared.
