Summary
This study looked at how different levels of kidney function affect the way the body processes iclepertin, a medicine being developed for brain diseases. 36 adults with and without kidney problems took a single tablet of iclepertin. Researchers measured the drug levels in their blood and monitored for side effects over 2-3 weeks.
