Summary
This study is testing a flexible treatment plan for advanced kidney cancer. It uses two immunotherapy drugs, nivolumab and ipilimumab, to help the body's immune system fight the cancer. The plan changes based on how each patient responds to the initial treatment. The goal is to see if this personalized strategy can better control the cancer.
