Summary
This study is testing a new way to deliver radiation to kidney tumors that uses advanced imaging to target the cancer more precisely. The goal is to reduce radiation damage to the healthy part of the kidney, helping to preserve kidney function. The study will enroll 40 adults with kidney cancer that has not spread. Researchers will compare the new adaptive radiation plans to standard plans to see if they are better at protecting healthy tissue.
