Can two immunotherapy drugs shrink kidney tumors before surgery?

Summary
This study tests whether giving two immunotherapy drugs (cemiplimab and fianlimab) before kidney cancer surgery is safe and practical. Ten adults with locally advanced clear cell kidney cancer will receive the drugs before their planned nephrectomy. Researchers will check if the treatment delays surgery, causes side effects, or shrinks the tumor.
