New hope for kidney cancer: two drug regimens battle after immunotherapy fails

Summary

This study tests two different drug treatments for people with advanced kidney cancer that has spread and continued to grow despite prior immunotherapy. About 90 participants will receive either a combination of two drugs (lenvatinib plus everolimus) or a single drug (cabozantinib). The goal is to see which approach better controls the cancer and improves quality of life.
