Summary
This early-phase study looks at how the drug cabozantinib changes the immune environment inside bone tumors in people with kidney cancer that has spread to the bone. The goal is to learn which treatments work best to prevent bone complications and improve outcomes. Sixteen participants will be closely monitored for side effects and immune changes.
