New drug combo targets Hard-to-Treat cancers

Summary

This early-phase trial tests a new drug called KGX101, alone or with another drug envafolimab, in people with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to standard treatments. The main goals are to check safety, find the right dose, and see how the body processes the drugs. About 54 participants will take part in this open-label study.
