Summary
This early-phase study tests a new drug called KGX101, given alone or with envafolimab, in people with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to standard treatments. The main goals are to check safety, find the best dose, and see how the body handles the drugs. About 57 participants will receive the drugs every 3 weeks and have regular checkups.
