First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated Jun 16, 2026 · Updated 30 times

Summary

This early-stage trial explores whether a ketogenic (low-carb, high-fat) diet can make immunotherapy more effective for people with advanced melanoma or kidney cancer. About 60 participants will follow the diet while receiving standard immunotherapy drugs. The main goals are to check if the diet is safe and if people can stick with it.
