Summary
This study tested whether two specific diets—a ketogenic diet and a Therapeutic Lifestyles Changes diet—could help slow cognitive decline in people with early Alzheimer's disease. Researchers enrolled 84 participants to see if changing what they ate for three months would improve their memory and thinking skills. The goal was to find a dietary approach to help manage the progression of Alzheimer's symptoms.
