Summary
This study is testing whether adding a specific type of talk therapy (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) to ketamine treatment is a practical and helpful approach for people struggling with both alcohol use disorder and depression that hasn't responded to other treatments. It will involve 30 participants who will receive ketamine infusions alongside weekly therapy sessions. The main goal is to see if this combined treatment is feasible to deliver and if it shows early signs of reducing alcohol use and easing depressive symptoms.
